Kind Caller Programme & Service Disclaimer

Last updated: 27/06/2025

Kind Caller offers non-clinical mindfulness and self-kindness programmes designed to support your emotional wellbeing. These services are intended to promote personal insight, reflection, and emotional balance, but they are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical care.

Scope of Our Services

Our services, including Calm Morning Pause, First Steps, and the Calm, Clear, and Connected programmes — are designed to support participants through guided practices in mindfulness, self-kindness, and emotional awareness. These offerings are non-clinical and are not intended to replace therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. All content is for general wellbeing purposes only.

We do not offer:

  • Diagnosis or treatment of mental health or medical conditions

  • Crisis intervention, counselling, or psychological therapy

  • Medication advice, safety planning, or clinical risk management

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please contact a licensed health professional or emergency services in your area.

Voluntary Participation

Engagement in all Kind Caller programmes is voluntary and self-directed. We encourage participants to reflect on whether the content and practices are appropriate for their current circumstances. You are welcome to pause, skip, or discontinue the programme at any time.

Progression Through Programmes

Our services are designed to be explored in stages, starting with the free 3-Day Calm Morning Pause and moving through First Steps, Calm, Clear, and Connected. You are not required to complete each phase and may tailor your experience to suit your needs.

Professional Support

If you are already receiving support from a medical or mental health professional, our programmes may complement that care. However, they are not intended to replace professional help. We encourage you to share your participation in Kind Caller with your provider if appropriate.

Referrals

If you are referring someone else to Kind Caller, please ensure they understand the nature and limits of our service. Full details are available in our Referral Disclaimer.
