MSC and MBSR Programmes

While Kind Caller is not affiliated with the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programmes, we are inspired by the core principles and teachings of these practices. Our programmes may incorporate elements from MSC and MBSR, but we are an independent provider and do not offer certified MSC or MBSR courses.

No Affiliation

Kind Caller is not affiliated with any religion, organisation, or group. We offer a neutral space for self-kindness and mindfulness, respecting all perspectives and backgrounds.

We are inspired by Māori values, particularly the concept of kaitiakitanga (guardianship), which links personal wellbeing to the health of the land, sea, sky and community. This worldview reflects our own perspective as Māori and may not represent the views of all iwi or hapū.
