Kind Caller Began with One Simple Truth

During the pandemic, we were on the frontline, speaking with thousands of New Zealanders facing stress, fear, and uncertainty. What stood out was how few people had ever been taught how to stay calm in a crisis. We saw that simply being there, steady, responsive, and kind, made a real difference. It helped people feel seen. It helped them settle, even just a little. That realisation stayed with us. We created Kind Caller to offer gentle support before life gets overwhelming, not in the middle of a crisis, but well before. Our guided Kind Calls are small, mindful pauses to help you breathe, reflect, and reconnect. Our programmes support the cultivation of self-kindness, giving you space to practice it and weave it into your daily life without pressure. The truth is, self-kindness is one of the most important life skills of our time, yet most of us don’t realise how vital it is. It helps us meet life’s challenges with care and calm.
