Kind Calls

What is a Kind Call?

Kind Calls are short, structured phone calls that support people taking part in Kind Caller® self-kindness programmes. They offer a gentle space to pause, reflect, and reconnect, no pressure, no fixing, and no clinical advice.

What You Can Expect

Each monthly Kind Call is a wellbeing conversation guided by a Kind Caller who has completed our non-clinical training in relational presence and mindfulness.
Calls are grounded in calm kōrero, guided pause, and supportive presence, helping you stay connected to your wellbeing intentions in everyday life.

Call Duration Depends on Your Programme

Clear Programme: 10-minute calls — focused, mindful resets

Connected Programme: 20-minute calls — more time for guided practices and gentle kōrero

Both formats help you return to your intentions at your own pace, with kind support.

What Kind Calls Are Not

Kind Calls are not therapy, counselling, coaching, or a crisis support service.
They do not provide advice, mental health treatment, or diagnosis.
If something arises that’s outside the scope of a Kind Call, we may gently recommend connecting with a qualified support provider.

Who are Kind Calls For?

Kind Calls are designed for people actively participating in Kind Caller® programmes, individuals, workplaces, communities, or whānau who want kind, relational support to stay grounded in their self-kindness practice.
