We’re committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Kind Caller collects, uses and protects personal information when you use kindcaller.nz, the Living Gently™ app or our services.

Depending on how you use Kind Caller or the Living Gently™ app, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, membership or Practice Session information, payment and membership details, and feedback or survey responses.

When you sign up for the free Kind Morning Pause, we collect information such as your name, email address and how you found Kind Caller. We use this to provide access to the Living Gently™ app and understand how people find us.

You can choose whether to provide personal information, although some information is needed to provide particular services or respond to certain enquiries.

We may also collect basic technical information when you visit kindcaller.nz, such as your device, browser, IP address and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • provide and manage our services

  • provide access to the Living Gently™ app

  • manage memberships and Practice Sessions

  • manage group enquiries

  • process payments

  • respond to questions and feedback

  • improve our website and services

  • send service-related and marketing information

  • meet legal requirements.

3. Service Providers & Privacy

We do not sell your personal information.

We use third-party services to help operate Kind Caller, including services for forms, scheduling, payments and email marketing. Some of these providers may process or store information outside New Zealand.

We use Google Calendar to manage group enquiries and related scheduling. When you use a Google Calendar booking page, information you provide for your enquiry is processed using Google's services.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is appropriately protected.

We also take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

4. Cookies

kindcaller.nz uses cookies and similar technologies to help the website function and understand how it is used. Third-party services we use may also use cookies or similar technologies.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we will provide appropriate choices about non-essential cookies.

  • correct inaccurate information

Kind Caller is intended for people 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on kindcaller.nz.
