Kind Caller offers a non-clinical, self-kindness programmes for women seeking calm, clarity, and connection, especially during times of change or emotional strain.
We support women from all walks of life who are quietly carrying too much, and would benefit from steady, non-judgemental care. Our programme is relational, slow-paced, and guided by mindfulness and trauma-sensitive practice.

Our Approach
Kind Caller facilitators are non-clinical and deeply experienced in holding safe emotional space. We work gently and steadily offering support that is affirming, respectful, and rooted in self-kindness, not self-improvement.
We honour Te Whare Tapa Whā as a guiding model of holistic wellbeing, recognising the importance of wairua, connection, and a connection to nature.
What We Offer
A 12 week self-kindness programme guided by the Kind, Kinder, Kindest™ framework.
Calm, email support focused on emotional regulation
A mindfulness-informed, trauma-sensitive approach to wellbeing
Support that meets each woman where she is, with no expectation to perform, fix, or explain
Culturally responsive care that recognises the full context of her life
We do not push, disclose, or diagnosis. We offer presence, pacing, and reflection.
When to Refer a Woman / Wāhine to Kind Caller
The women we support are often:
✔️ Feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or emotionally stretched
✔️ Experiencing burnout from caregiving, leadership, or frontline roles
✔️ Recovering from a period of instability or disconnection
✔️ Navigating life changes (separation, loss, motherhood, menopause, work transition)
✔️ Seeking support, but not ready for therapy or clinical intervention
We’re here for the women who say “I’m fine” while quietly running on empty.
Our space is soft, steady, without the pressure.

If you're unsure whether Kind Caller is the right fit for a woman in your care or community, we’re happy to kōrero. We welcome contact from social workers, midwives, GPs, women’s refuge teams, whānau and community support providers.

Kind Caller is a non-clinical wellbeing service. We are not a substitute for professional mental health care or crisis intervention. We recommend referrals only for women who are currently emotionally stable and seeking gentle, reflective support.
