What We Offer

Kind Caller is a gentle, non-clinical self-kindness and mindfulness learning experience, offered on an educational digital platform. We provide self-paced, self-guided education that supports emotional awareness and personal growth through reflective, non-clinical learning, this is not therapy or clinical treatment.

You’ll begin with a self-guided trial and may choose to continue at your own pace. There is no pressure or obligation.

What We Are Not

Kind Caller is not a health service under New Zealand law. We do not provide:

  • Counselling

  • Clinical advice

  • Diagnosis

  • Crisis intervention or mental health support

About Kind Guides (Kind Callers)

Kind Guides, sometimes also referred to as Kind Callers, are accredited mindfulness facilitators who provide educational support to help you engage with our non-clinical self-kindness and mindfulness programmes.

They do not provide clinical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

Kind Guides:

  • Offer support for engaging with learning content

  • Do not offer medical advice, therapy, or crisis counselling

  • Are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or healthcare professionals

Important Safety Information

You must not rely on Kind Caller or its representatives as a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
