Each week, you'll receive a new self-kindness skill designed to help you gently cultivate your own self-kindness practice.

Alongside each skill, you’ll receive encouraging content and optional light mindfulness email with occasional reflective prompts informed by mindfulness and self-compassion science without overwhelming detail.

You’ll have access to a private online journal space (a journal for mindful self-kindness and gentle noticing) where you can reflect and practice self-kindness and mindfulness skills informally, at your own pace.
