Continue your journey through three gentle 12 week programmes: Calm Morning, Clear Day, and Connected Moments. Each offers weekly practices and guidance from Kind Caller, so you’re supported to stay engaged with your practice at each phase.

  • Each week, you'll receive a new self-kindness skill designed to help you gently cultivate your own self-kindness practice.

  • Alongside each skill, you’ll receive encouraging content and optional light mindfulness email with occasional reflective prompts informed by mindfulness and self-compassion science without overwhelming detail.

  • You’ll have access to a private online journal space (a journal for mindful self-kindness and gentle noticing) where you can reflect and practice self-kindness and mindfulness skills informally, at your own pace.

  • Practices are designed to take 10–15 minutes. The programme is self-paced and adaptable, making it a gentle entry point for those easing into regular self-kindness practice.

First Insights

A self-guided foundational programme that gently introduces self-kindness with no pressure, just encouragement.
