Nau mai, haere mai, Welcome to Kind Caller
Thank you for joining us for this brief walkthrough.
We’re glad you’re here.
Kind Caller offers gentle, human-led non-clinical self-kindness programmes designed to help you to cultivate self-kindness by learning to be your own best friend. Our approach is grounded in evidence-informed mindfulness and self-compassion, supported by real human connection, not apps, or chatbots.
A Kind Guide (sometimes called a Kind Caller) is a trained and accredited, non-clinical facilitator who supports you as you move through our self-kindness learning programmes.
Their role is to:
Help you stay engaged with your learning as you explore mindfulness and self-compassion
Offer monthly Kind Calls, which are gentle, reflective conversations to support your practice
Encourage you to notice your own insights, challenges, and personal growth by email support
Create a safe, respectful space for you to be with whatever is present, without pressure or judgment
A Kind Reminder: we’re a non-clinical service, which means we don’t provide therapy or crisis support. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or need urgent support, we encourage you to contact a health professional or call 1737 (free, 24/7).
This walkthrough will gently introduce how our services and programmes work, and how Kind Caller can support the cultivation of self-kindness into your everyday life.
Now let’s begin the journey toward a calm, clear and connected you!
