About this Programme
Learning to relate to yourself more gently often begins with self-kindness. For many people, being kind to themselves can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable at first. It’s a practice that benefits from gentle cultivation and supportive guidance over time.
Self-kindness
Self-kindness invites gentle attention toward yourself, which can support a sense of calm by easing inner pressure and softening self-judgment. Calm isn’t about avoiding stress, but about meeting it with care.

Self-kindness is a meaningful skill that can deepen with care, repetition, and intention. Through guided audio recordings, reflective practices, and supportive contact by email, the programme invites you to explore calm and compassion in ways that feel manageable and personal to you
