Clear Day

A self-kindness programme by Kind Caller

A 12 Week Online Self-Kindness Programme

Create space. Clear your mind. Focus on what matters.

Clear Day invites you to reduce mental clutter and gently return to clarity through self-kindness and mindfulness. It’s about learning to pause, recognise what’s weighing you down, and shift into greater focus, steadiness, and ease, supported by practices you may carry forward into everyday life.

This is a personalised journey, with space to adapt the practices to your pace, needs, and lifestyle. You’re encouraged to engage in ways that feel natural and meaningful to you, not perfect, just real.

Clear Day builds on the foundation of Calm Morning, gently guiding you toward greater emotional steadiness, present-moment clarity, and quiet resilience, even on challenging days. Through simple, supportive practices, you’ll strengthen your self-kindness intention and create room for more calm, clarity, and conscious choice-making throughout your day. It’s about making space for what matters, so your day feels a little more open, focused, and yours.

5. Is Clear Day For Me?

Clear Day is the next phase after Calm Morning, a personalised, non-clinical programme designed to build on the foundation of self-kindness and mindfulness you developed in Calm Morning. To join Clear Day, we ask that participants have completed Calm Morning first, so you’re ready to deepen your focus, emotional steadiness, and resilience.

Clear Day may not be the right fit for everyone at all times. It may not be suitable if you:

  • Are in crisis or need immediate mental health support

  • Are managing severe mental health conditions without ongoing professional care

  • Are under 18

To help ensure the programme is supportive for you, we invite all participants to complete a short Welcome Form before starting. This is not a clinical assessment, but a reflective check-in to help you consider whether this programme is a good fit for you right now. If we receive information suggesting the timing may not be ideal, we may gently suggest alternative support options or invite you to revisit Calm Morning at a later stage.

If you're unsure, we encourage you to speak with a trusted healthcare provider.

6. Accreditation

Kind Caller facilitators are formally accredited in mindfulness facilitation recognised by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA). We have completed recognised training programmes that include supervised practice and assessment. We uphold professional standards and ethics, including a trauma-aware approach that ensures safety and care for all participants. Each facilitator also maintains a regular personal mindfulness practice and commits to ongoing learning and development. This foundation allows us to offer calm, grounded spaces where people can engage with self-kindness and nature-led wellbeing in a way that feels accessible, natural, and empowering.
