Kind Guides provide mindful email and phone-based support to gently guide you through Kind Caller® educational self-kindness programmes. Kind Calls are available on the Clear and Connected phases of our programme offering. They provide reflective moments to pause, reconnect, and nurture your self-kindness and mindfulness practice once a month.
What You Can Expect
Each monthly Kind Call is a compassion-based conversation led by a Kind Caller® mindfulness facilitator. These non-clinical calls are grounded in calm kōrero (conversation), guided pauses, and a supportive, reflective presence. They’re designed to help you stay gently connected to your self-kindness intentions during the programme.
Self-kindness Plans and Call Durations
Beginner Plan: no calls, just supportive emails
Personalised Plan: 10-minute calls , focused, mindful resets
Connected Plan: 20-minute calls, more time for guided practices and gentle kōrero
What Kind Calls Are Not
Kind Calls are not therapy, counselling, coaching, or a crisis support service. They do not provide advice, mental health treatment, or diagnosis. If something arises that’s outside the scope of a Kind Call, we may gently recommend connecting with a qualified support provider.
Who are Kind Calls For?
Kind Calls are designed for individuals actively participating in Kind Caller programmes, including those in workplaces, communities, whānau, and groups who seek kind, non-clinical support to help stay grounded in their self-kindness and mindfulness practice. Access to Kind Calls are available on the Personalised and Connected Plans.
