One-to-One Compassionate Strength™ Sessions♡

Sometimes practicing on your own can only take you so far. You may know the basics of pausing, noticing, and being kind to yourself, but want a supportive space to explore and grow your practice. That’s what a Compassionate Strength™ session offers.

In these one-to-one sessions, you can:

  • Explore your practice gently with guidance that meets you where you are.

  • Build a simple, sustainable routine to follow between sessions, at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Talk through any practice challenges and questions in a safe, non-judgmental space.

  • Use a clear structure to support consistency without pressure.

All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, so you can join from the comfort of your own space.
