Kind Caller offers practice-based wellbeing experiences, including Kind Calls, programmes, and resources to support self-kindness, mindfulness, and Compassionate Strength™.

Important: Our services are not therapy, counselling, or medical care and do not provide diagnoses or crisis support. For professional assistance, please contact a licensed health provider.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

  • You may sign up for a free trial to explore features.

  • After the trial, subscriptions are monthly, billed in advance, and processed securely via Stripe.

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

  • We generally do not offer refunds after subscribing, but will help with technical or access issues.

3. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for your account and password security.

  • Notify us of any unauthorized access immediately.

  • Do not share your account without permission.

4. User Responsibilities
