About Us
Live Gently.
About Kind Caller
Kind Caller offers gentle, non-clinical self-kindness programmes designed for people who want to connect with themselves gently, and on their own terms. We offer self-guided practices for when life feels disconnected, uncertain, or simply too fast.
This isn't an app or a course. It's a quiet space for self-kindness and honest learning. It's not about fixing yourself, but understanding yourself more gently.
Who It's For
If you're navigating change, burnout, or just want space to breathe, you're warmly welcome here. No referral needed. No pressure to perform.
We're here for those who are simply curious, open to self-discovery, or feeling somewhat disconnected. Our programmes are designed for anyone seeking gentle self-kindness practices in their everyday life. However you found us, we're glad you're here.
Why We Exist
Many people are seeking to take a positive, active, and intentional role in their own wellbeing. Relying on external services or waiting until crisis point is an unsustainable approach. Self-kindness remains widely misunderstood, often mistaken for weakness rather than the foundation of wellbeing. While coaching can feel too demanding and self-help apps lack genuine human connection, Kind Caller self-kindness programmes fill this quiet space for connection throughout the journey to self-kindness.
We offer a kind, educational alternative that helps you build self-kindness in your own way and at your own pace, creating space for authentic growth without pressure or performance.
Our Values
We believe in:
Gentleness - approaching self-kindness and wellbeing without pressure or expectation
Self-determination - empowering individuals to guide their own journey
Authenticity - creating space for honest reflection without judgment
Connection - fostering meaningful relationships with ourselves, others and nature
Accessibility - making self-kindness relatable and practices available to everyone who needs them
Our Approach
Our online programmes offer a slower, more human way to learn to cultivate self-kindness. No pressure. No performance. Just space to learn at your own pace, with self-kindness instead of self-criticism or judgement.
This isn't about doing more. It's about learning differently, with presence, reflection, and care.
Our Team
A Kind Guide (also called a Kind Caller) supports the delivery of non-clinical educational self-kindness programmes through Kind Caller’s own personal growth framework Kind, Kinder, Kindest. Instead of teaching mindfulness techniques, we create conditions for mindfulness to emerge naturally through self-kindness.
Your Kind Guide walks alongside you gently, offering light support by email during the First Insights stage, steady encouragement through Calm Morning, and friendly phone calls during the Clear Day and Connected Experience phases. They're simply there to help you stay connected to the programme, check in with how things are going, and give space for quiet reflection in your own way and time.
Kind Guides walk alongside you, providing structure and encouragement that allows you to slow down and become more present. They don't fix or lead but remind you that you're already worth showing up for.
Through this journey, you begin to naturally grow mindfulness by practising self-kindness—not through pressure or striving.
How Our Programmes Work
Our self-kindness programmes are delivered in three phases to cultivate self-kindness, offering a deeper connection as you progress through each phase. Calm Morning, Clear Day and Connected Experience. Each programme consists of three modules you can access over 12 weeks. Each programme offers:
3 Self-paced modules you can engage with each week any time
Simple practices to build self-kindness skills in daily life
Guided mindful support as you progress into each programme phase
You begin your journey at whatever pace feels right with each new practice delivered at the beginning of each week without pressure.
Our Symbol
The blackbird in our logo began appearing daily during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when we were supporting many people to navigate tough times. At the blackbird's feet, often a small heart-shaped leaf. That image stayed with us.
It's a reminder: that presence and self-kindness are steady, grounding forces and already close, usually right where we are.
What We're Not
Kind Caller is not therapy, coaching, or clinical treatment. Instead, we're a non-clinical self-kindness programme guided by accredited mindfulness facilitators, with care, and human presence.
Disclaimer
Kind Caller offers non-clinical, educational self-kindness programmes. We are not a health or mental health service and do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical support. If you are experiencing distress, please seek help from a qualified health professional.
