What Is Connected?
Connected is the third and most expansive phase of our self-kindness programmes. Purpose-Based Connected Guides
About these guides
A purpose-based guide is a resource designed to help you connect with a deeper sense of meaning, direction, or intentionality in a particular area of life. It invites reflection on values, inner truths, or life themes that feel meaningful, especially in a world that often pulls attention outward. It invites you to live more gently and consciously, helping your daily choices align with their deeper inner compass. When life feels unclear or overwhelming, a guide rooted in purpose can act as a grounding anchor, offering steadiness, not solutions.
A Self-kindness guide to connecting with Imperfection
Reconnecting with others to deepen empathy, honesty, and meaningful connection.
