A 12 Week Online Self-Kindness Programme
Nurture deeper connection, with yourself, others, and the rhythms of life.
The Connected phase invites you to move beyond calm and clarity, forging heartfelt ties to your own inner wisdom and the shared human experience. It’s about weaving self-kindness into the fabric of your relationships and daily moments, with practices that are simple, soulful, and sustainably nurturing.

5. Is Connected For Me?
Connected is the next phase after Clear Day, a comprehensive, non-clinical programme designed to deepen the emotional awareness, relational presence, and self-kindness you’ve cultivated so far. To join Connected, we ask that participants have completed Clear Day first. This ensures you’ve had time to strengthen your inner steadiness and develop the core practices needed to gently expand into deeper emotional connection, with yourself and with others.
Connected builds on the inner clarity and resilience of Calm and Clear, inviting you to explore belonging, compassion in relationship, and the subtle threads that connect us to life’s rhythms.
Calm Morning is a non-clinical programme, but it may not be the right fit for everyone at all times.
It may not be suitable if you:
Are in crisis or need immediate mental health support
Are managing severe mental health conditions without ongoing professional care
Are under 18
To help ensure the programme is supportive for you, we invite all participants to complete a short Welcome Form before starting. This is not a clinical assessment, but a reflective check-in to help you consider whether this programme is a good fit for you right now. If we receive information suggesting the timing may not be ideal, we may gently suggest alternative support options or invite you to revisit Calm Morning at a later stage.
If you're unsure, we encourage you to speak with a trusted healthcare provider.
6. Accreditation
Kind Caller facilitators are formally accredited in mindfulness facilitation recognised by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA). We have completed recognised training programmes that include supervised practice and assessment. We uphold professional standards and ethics, including a trauma-aware approach that ensures safety and care for all participants. Each facilitator also maintains a regular personal mindfulness practice and commits to ongoing learning and development. This foundation allows us to offer calm, grounded spaces where people can engage with self-kindness and nature-led wellbeing in a way that feels accessible, natural, and empowering.
