About us

Your kind guide to cultivating self-kindness.

What is self-kindness?

Self-kindness means being gentle with yourself, especially when things are tough. Meeting your struggles with care, patience, and understanding, just like you would for a close friend. Everyone makes mistakes and has hard days. Self-kindness reminds us that we don’t have to be perfect, we just have to be kind.

Self-kindness is a Journey

It takes time to cultivate.

Kind Caller offers a gentle journey through our simple Kind, Kinder, Kindest™ learner framework, which includes:

  • Foundations of a Calm Morning Pause a free 3-day trial, and Frist insights to introduce you to self-kindness

  • A self-guided journey in our three self-kindness programmes Calm Morning, Clear Day, and Connected

  • Mindfulness-informed, nature-inspired practices to help you reflect and grow

  • Optional email support and Kind Calls to clarify your learning (always learner-initiated and voluntary)

You are guided by our Kind Guides, who are accredited mindfulness facilitators and provide support on reflection-based practices, offering a mindful, learner-centred approach.

Follow the heart prompts to learn more about self-kindness and how it can support your everyday personal growth and development.
