Meditation
“It’s one thing to know what mindfulness is about, what it entails and how it can be beneficial, but most importantly, you need to practice it.”
Why being present matters
Research shows that our minds wander almost half of the time, and people tend to feel happier when they notice and return their attention to the present moment¹. Mindfulness meditation practices, such as those developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, offer simple, evidence-informed ways to gently cultivate present-moment awareness through regular practice².
At Kind Caller, we focus on safe, accessible ways to build this awareness. Understanding mindfulness is helpful, but the real benefit comes from practising mindfulness and meditation consistently. That’s why we created Companion Guides. Easy-to-follow meditation guides designed to support regular mindfulness practice, whether you’re walking, pausing, or spending time in nature.
