Compassionate Strength™ is a practical way of caring for our attention in everyday moments. It draws on ideas and research relating to mindful awareness, self-kindness, and attention, alongside the holistic Māori wellbeing model of Te Whare Tapa Whā. It focuses on the moments when we notice our attention has drifted and invites us to return with kindness when it does.
