Goal: Good Gut plan

If you want to understand your gut microbes, then you need to understand more about the food you put in your mouth. To maximise wellbeing on a basic level the basic things to start with are:

  • try to eat 30 different foods per week which includes nuts, seeds and herbs

  • try to pick foods for their colours (includes dark chocolate, red wine)

  • try fermented foods every day

  • avoid ultra processed foods

  • VEGETABLES

  • Avocados

  • Beets/Beet Greens
