Guided Practice
Slow down, pick a piece and see where your attention takes you.
-
As you puzzle, your attention will naturally drift. You might find yourself thinking about yesterday, planning what comes next, or simply get lost in thought.
Guided mindful awareness practice helps you notice those moments, respond to yourself with kindness, and gently come back to the puzzle.
-
A playful way to explore your attention, with space to reflect on what you discover along the way.
No need to finish the puzzle, notice what happens and begin again.
