About Us
We support you to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, others, and the natural world.
Our practices are ones you return to in everyday life, through noticing what is happening, responding with care, and staying connected to what matters most. We invite you to slow down, listen inwardly, and meet each moment with kindness and awareness. Over time, this supports a more grounded, connected, and responsive way of living, one that stays close to what matters in daily life.
-
We see wellbeing as a holistic, ongoing process of relational care and awareness, a balance in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the natural world. Our approach invites you to notice what is asking for your attention right now, and respond with kindness and strength.
-
Our approach is informed by Te Whare Tapa Whā, a holistic Māori model of wellbeing developed by Sir Mason Durie. Te Whare Tapa Whā describes wellbeing as a wharenui (house) supported by four interconnected walls: Taha Tinana (physical wellbeing), Taha Hinengaro (mental and emotional wellbeing), Taha Wairua (spiritual wellbeing), and Taha Whānau (social wellbeing). When one area is under strain, it can affect the balance of the whole.
Te Whare Tapa Whā sits within a Māori worldview where wellbeing is relational and ecological, and people are not separate from the natural world. Connection to whenua (land) is part of this understanding. It offers a way of noticing where balance and connection feel supported or unsettled, and how we might respond with care for ourselves, others, and the natural world.

Welcome to Kind Caller
If you’re here, you may be curious about what it might feel like to bring a little more kindness and awareness into your daily life.
I’m Nat, and I also use these practices in my own life. Like many people, I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel stressed, self-critical, or disconnected while trying to stay present. These practices are something I return to, gently, imperfectly, and over time.
The Calm Morning Pause trial is a simple invitation to explore what it feels like to pause, notice your experience, and relate to yourself with a little more care. There is nothing you need to achieve here, and no right way to do it.
You’re invited to show up as you are, and see what you discover.
I’m glad you’re here.
— Nat / Kind Caller
